My name's Scott. I've been working in digital marketing since 2006 when I founded and ran my own online music website. At its peak the site had more than 30,000 unique users each month and a team of writers around the world. Since then I've held several senior marketing and teaching roles and went full-time self-employed at the start of 2020.

It Depends is where I put my thoughts and advice for small businesses trying to understand marketing. It's not easy, and there is a lot of information out there. I won't always have the right answer for your specific business, but hopefully what you read will help you move towards the right path.
